Welcome to the Bachelor of Physical Education (BPED) program, where we focus on the science, practice, and promotion of physical fitness, sports, and overall well-being. The program is designed to develop a strong foundation in physical education, sports training, health sciences, and pedagogy, while fostering discipline, leadership, and teamwork. Students engage in both theoretical learning and rigorous practical training across a variety of sports and fitness activities.

The curriculum integrates experiential learning, coaching practice, and opportunities for participation in intercollegiate, state, and national sporting events. Emphasis is placed on skill development, fitness assessment, and the application of scientific principles to enhance performance and health. Graduates are well-prepared for careers in sports coaching, physical education teaching, fitness training, sports management, and allied fields that promote active and healthy lifestyles.

    • Admission to this program is merit-based, based on the performance at the Don Bosco College BPEd. Entrance Test and Personal Interview.
    • The applicants must register for the program by filling up the online application and providing necessary information in the form of data, documents and photographs.
    • On successful verification of the online application a the BPEd. Entrance Test will be scheduled and conducted subject to Govt notifications.
    • Based on the results of the BPEd. Entrance Test the applicant will be short listed and intimated of the same.
    • Student candidacy will be confirmed on payment of Academic Fee.

      Note: Students must produce medical certificates (Government) to appear entrance test
    • Applicants who have successfully completing a three year undergraduate program recognized by Goa University with 50% aggregate marks are eligible for this Post graduation program.
    • Students should have representation in a sport or game at International / National / Inter-University / State Championships / Inter Collegiate Level.
