Ms. Nerissa Zuzarte completed her B.A. and M.A. in Psychology from St. Xavier’s College of Arts, Science & Commerce, and her B.Ed. from PES’s College of Education, Farmagudi–Ponda. She has also qualified the NET examination. She was awarded at the Goa University Convocation for securing the first rank in M.A. Psychology (2021–2023), and has received several academic scholarships and prizes.
Her academic fields of interest include Counselling Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Psychology of Ageing, and Positive Psychology. She has actively participated in research-focused national-level Faculty Development Programmes.
She is passionate about making psychology engaging, relatable, and meaningful for students. She strives to create a dynamic learning environment that nurtures curiosity, critical thinking, and a deeper understanding of human behaviour, encouraging students to grow both academically and personally
