Griselda Nobbay has completed her Masters in Social Work from St. Aloysius College in 2013, and M. Phil
in Psychiatric Social Work in 2017.
She has worked as a GEDC School Counsellor in 5 government aided schools, ART centre GMC, and under a private psychiatrist. She has also worked in a National project of NIMHANS as a data collector.

- a paper on “GOING GREEN” at a national seminar in Christ University and secured second place in 2009.
- “Inclusive model of education for the differently abled children: an attitudinal study” at the 35th Annual National conference of the Indian society of professional social workers (Feb, 2017).
- a poster titled “Mindfulness based stress reduction in the correctional setting in Goa - an Interventional study” at KANCIPS – 2017 , in Hampi (Sept, 2017)
