Dr Silveira is an academician with a flair for writing. He holds a PhD in Management and has written research articles for UGC and Scopus journals. A voracious reader he has contributed to many a newspaper both freelance and management articles. He is also a columnist for a popular Goan magazine.

• Attended and presented a paper at the International Academic Conference on Commerce, Management, Hospitality and Tourism on 19th-21st January,2018 , organized by Universal Research Foundation , New Delhi in collaboration with Chirala Engineering College, Andhra Pradesh. The paper was titled, “ Contribution of Medical Representatives in acceptance of New Products by the doctors in urban and rural settings: A studyâ€.
