
Vandana Patil is an academician and management professional with experience in teaching, research, and academic administration in higher education. She has served as an Assistant Professor in the BBA (Travel & Tourism) Department at Don Bosco College, Panjim, Goa, contributing to undergraduate teaching, curriculum enrichment, and student mentoring, while actively participating in institutional academic initiatives.
Her role has included coordinating research, innovation, and extension activities, as well as promoting experiential learning and entrepreneurial engagement among students. She has also supported industry–academia interaction through collaborations and partnerships, enabling practical exposure and professional development opportunities. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes outcome-based education, critical thinking, and holistic student development.
She holds an MBA in Finance from Goa Business School, Goa University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics from DM’s College, Assagao. Her academic interests include organizational behavior, innovation ecosystems, and start-up culture, with published research on role flexibility and employee satisfaction in Goan start-ups. Alongside academia, she is engaged in business consulting, contributing to research, project coordination, and strategic planning, and remains committed to fostering academic excellence and student-centered learning.
