The Departments of BA Psychology and English jointly organized their first Alumni Meet for their pioneer graduating batch. Established just three years ago, the BA department celebrated the return of the very first set of graduates to pass through these portals. The landmark event was kept lively and engaging by the student comperes, Davina Paradesi and Aryan Pathan.
The alumni were warmly welcomed by Dr Vijay Viegas, Coordinator, Department of Psychology, and Ms Alisha Souza, Coordinator, Department of English, along with department faculty and students, setting a celebratory tone for the day. Adding to the celebratory fervor, the juniors put up high-energy, lively dance performances with synchronized moves and vibrant stage presence.

Principal Prof Teotone Vaz graced the occasion and addressed the students expressing immense pride in this particular batch. The address highlighted their unique position in the college's history, noting that as the trailblazers of the BA department, they have laid down the foundation and traditions for students to follow. He also emphasised that their support in all future endeavours would be much appreciated.
A special "Welcome video” was screened, featuring heartfelt messages from the teachers and current students. To help everyone catch up and learn more about each other's journeys post-graduation, a series of fun, interactive games were organized. These activities successfully rekindled old bonds and fostered a strong network among the graduates.

The event's success was made possible under the guidance of Teacher-in-Charge, Asst Professor Nerissa Zuzarte, who coordinated the day's proceedings beautifully.
The gathering concluded on a high note as everyone joined together to sing the new college anthem, which was proudly released during this year's Jubilee celebrations. As they departed, the alumni were given a heartfelt reminder that they are an integral part of the college's growing legacy. As the very first BA batch to graduate, they were encouraged not only to stay in touch but to visit the campus often, knowing they will always hold a permanent place in the history of Don Bosco College.
