Teaching–Learning & Evaluation (TLET)

The Teaching–Learning & Evaluation (TLET) committee is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring effective pedagogical practices and evaluation processes in alignment with NAAC Criterion II. It ensures learner-centric approaches, integration of ICT-enabled teaching, and continuous evaluation mechanisms to enhance academic quality and student learning outcomes.

Objectives

  • To promote learner-centric teaching methodologies and innovative pedagogical practices
  • To ensure effective curriculum delivery in alignment with institutional and university guidelines
  • To encourage the integration of ICT tools and e-learning resources in the teaching-learning process
  • To implement continuous and comprehensive evaluation systems (CIA)
  • To monitor teaching plans, academic schedules, and course outcomes
  • To enhance student engagement through participative and experiential learning methods
  • To support faculty development in pedagogy, assessment, and use of technology
  • To ensure transparency and consistency in evaluation and assessment practices
  • To analyze student performance and learning outcomes for continuous improvement
  • To maintain documentation related to teaching, learning, and evaluation for quality assurance and accreditation
