The Department of Physical Education and Sports, Don Bosco College Panjim, successfully organised an Interclass volleyball tournament on February 7, 2026, on the college volleyball court. The tournament kicked off at 11am, with 9 classes participating in the event. In the end, TYBCA A emerged victorious, while FYBA Psychology securing the runners-up spot. Sufyan Shaikh from TYBCA-A was adjudged the best male player, and Malloni Coelho from FYBA Psychology was named the best female player. A special exhibition match was also played between faculty members and students, with the faculty team winning the match.


The closing ceremony was graced by Mr Ryan Pereira, Director of Physical Education and Sports, who delivered the vote of thanks. The chief guest for the event was Miss Alisha Souza, Assistant Professor in English, who handed over the trophies and certificates to the winners. Ms Prissie Fernandes, Instructor in Physical Education, was also present on the occasion.


Overall, it was a thrilling tournament that showcased the students' sportsmanship and teamwork.
